We are looking for a SEO Content Manager to join our growing team.
As a member of our Fulfillment Division, the content manager is primarily responsible for overseeing our client’s SEO content needs, mainly focused on web content and Blog articles in a fast-paced work environment. Their primary responsibility will be to develop and implement content strategies for all our clients in collaboration with the team leaders. They will lead a group of team leads and proofreaders spread across Bulgaria, Philippines, India, and Mexico to achieve the goals and objectives of the company.
Their main duties will include managing and coordinating content creation, reviewing content for accuracy and quality, providing feedback and guidance to team members, and ensuring that all content is delivered on time and within budget. They will also be responsible for monitoring content performance and making data-driven decisions to improve content strategy.

Minimum Requirements
Education:
- A bachelor’s degree
- MBA Desired but not mandatory
Mandatory Skills:
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
- Leadership Skills – should have lead a team of at least 50 Content writers specifically in a digital marketing agency.
- Experience in managing a large team of blog writers is essential.
- Should be able to Manage a team that churns out large number of blog articles (More than 75 articles) per day
- Experience working on a Managerial role in a BPO
- Ability to Multitask and focus on high priority concurrently running projects.
- Experience with social media and marketing campaigns would be an added advantage.
Responsibilities
Leading
- Content Strategy Development: The manager will be responsible for developing content strategies for the team of writers to ensure that the blog content created aligns with the SEO client’s goals and objectives. They will need to stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends and best practices to ensure that the content produced is optimized for search engines.
- Content Creation: While the manager may not be directly responsible for writing blog content, they will need to have a deep understanding of the content creation process and be able to step in to help the team when necessary. This may include editing and proofreading content, as well as suggesting improvements to content structure, style, and tone.
- Manage a team of content writers and Blog writers who have excellent knowledge of web content writing practices for websites and SEO.
- Distributes daily tasks within the Team Leads to ensure a balance of work across the teams.
- Works with all company departments and for the achievement of the company’s goals.
Mentoring
- Ensuring team efficiency.
- Ensuring the teams are aptly trained, performance reviews are done and feedback is shared.
- Responsible to the performance improvement and performance monitoring of the team.
- Continuously trains and motivates each of the content and Proofreader team Leader for the purpose of personal development and best performance.
- Creates a positive and professional work environment.
Monitoring
- Focus on the KPI’s of the content department related to quality of the content and the Timely delivery of the content.
- The manager will oversee a team of blog writers and ensure that they are meeting their targets and deadlines. They will need to provide coaching, feedback, and guidance to help the writers improve their skills and meet their goals.
- Striving for full Customer satisfaction.
- Daily/weekly/monthly goal setting for each team.
- Reviews business reports and daily statistics of the teams.
- Presentation of the reports for the review of the major stakeholders.

- Based on management decisions, travel requirements will be updated.

- Base salary [Determined based on qualifications and background]
