We are looking for a Manager of Facebook Paid Ads Team to join our growing team and to manage and lead the team of Facebook Ads specialists dedicated to servicing hundreds of small business customers in the USA.
The role demands a combination of strategic oversight, team leadership, and deep expertise in the Facebook Ads platform.

Minimum Requirements:
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- A Master’s degree will be an added advantage.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Facebook Ads management with at least 2 years in a managerial or team lead role.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale Facebook Ads campaigns, particularly for small businesses.
- Experience with advertising platforms.
- Familiarity with the challenges and nuances of serving small business clients in the USA.
- Experience in managing and collaborating with a multinational team.
Technical Skills:
- Expertise in Facebook Ads Manager, Business Manager, and associated tools.
- Proficiency in analytics and reporting tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.
- Knowledge of advertising best practices, metrics, and terminologies.
- Experience with budgeting and ROI calculations for paid campaigns.
Soft Skills:
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Analytical mindset with a strong attention to detail.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
- Adaptability and the ability to stay updated with the ever-changing landscape of Facebook Ads.
Team Management Experience:
- Proven experience in leading, mentoring, and training a team.
- Ability to set clear team goals and KPIs.
- Experience in performance coaching and feedback mechanisms.
Other Requirements:
- Ability to work remotely and manage a remote team effectively.
- Willingness to adapt to different time zones as required for team collaboration and client servicing.
- Must have a reliable internet connection and a suitable workspace for virtual meetings and presentations.
- Continuous learner, with a hunger for staying updated with industry trends and best practices.
Preferred Qualities (but not mandatory):
- Certification in Facebook Blueprint or other recognized Facebook Ads courses.
- Familiarity with the business landscape and challenges of the small business sector in the USA.
- Multilingual capabilities, especially if catering to specific regions or industries in the USA.
Scope
- The Manager of Facebook Paid Ads for 411 Locals will spearhead the team’s efforts, ensuring that campaigns are effectively optimized, aligned with client goals, and delivering optimal results.
- They will also actively engage in feedback loops, continuous learning, and performance improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Leading and mentoring a remote team of Facebook Ads Specialists.
- Overseeing the creation, management, and optimization of Facebook campaigns for a diverse range of small business clients.
- Ensuring the campaigns align with client objectives and achieve desired KPIs.
- Continuous tracking, analysis, and reporting on campaign performances.
- Implementing new strategies and ideas based on data and insights.
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless campaign delivery.
- Staying updated with the latest Facebook Ads features, strategies, and industry best practices.
- Facilitating team training sessions and growth initiatives.
- Reporting on team and campaign performance to higher management.
Work Conditions
The role is 100% remote, requiring effective communication with teams across different time zones. Regular virtual meetings and reporting sessions will be an integral part of the role. Flexible working hours with overlap for team collaboration may be required.
