We are looking for a Manager Operational Excellence to join our growing team!

The Manager Operational Excellence is responsible for Managing and driving continuous improvement initiatives across the organization to optimize operational processes, enhance efficiency, and improve overall performance. This position will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify areas of improvement, develop and implement strategies, and monitor progress to achieve operational excellence and deliver measurable results.

Scope

  • Provide Process improvement initiatives
  • Responsible for optimization of existing process
  • Responsible for execution excellence of current process

Minimum Requirements:

  • Master’s Degree in the field of Business Management.
  • Has an experience working with SEO and Online Marketing
  • Certifications such as Six Sigma, Lean, or similar are an added advantage.
  • Minimum of 5+ years of relevant experience of operational excellence and improvement in large teams
  • Experience implementing process improvement initiatives in a production environment
  • Applying change management principles to drive a change in culture with a goal of developing customer obsession within the department
  • Strong Project Management skills
  • Strong ability to drive results, possessing a relentless customer focus driven by an innate quality that believes in being an advocate for customers
  • Possess an agile mindset to support incremental, fail fast, quick convergence to success
  • Understands how to leverage technology to drive customer experience
  • Ability to segment and analyze relevant data
  • Excellent training, presentation, communication skills (both oral and written) with a credible presentation style
  • Experience in multi-disciplined digital agency
  • Knowledge of American culture and small business owner’s mindset
  • Previous experience in Asia or Europe would be a plus but not mandatory
  • Proven record of accomplishment of projects execution within +-10%

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide Process improvement initiative:
    1. Present  idea and initiatives for re- engineering existing processes for optimization and excellence after assessing the cost benefit analysis.
    2.  Ensure maintenance of process documentation, including standard operating procedures and policies, to keep them current and accurate.
    3. Monitor and measure process performance to identify and implement  improvements
  2. Responsible for optimization of existing process
    1.  Establish,implement and track metrics to measure process performance.
    2. Monitor and analyze the Key metrics of the Department and present analysis in the daily meeting for review and discussion of improvement criteria.
    3. Develop and implement action plans after discussions with Key Metric owners to address performance gaps 
  3. Responsible for execution excellence of current process
    1.  Monitor and evaluate the data, trends and variances,of the various process metrics
    2. Prepare business cases recommending proposed changes/improvement opportunities
    3. Develop and implement cost-saving measures and efficiency strategies.

Work Conditions

  • Work from home (remote) is acceptable for this position.
  • Job Type: Full-time
  • Work hours: as per schedule, which may change with advance notice. Presence before or after these work hours may be required based on business needs
