We are looking for a Performance & Martech Team Leader to join our marketing team!
They are responsible for execution of daily operations of driving successful campaigns, managing platforms (FB, YouTube, etc.), MarTech systems and tools. Also responsible for analyzing data to pull insights and inform decisions for all campaigns and platforms to boost sales growth.

Minimum Requirements:
- Marketing / IT experience as a team leader.
- Excel mastery and data analysis experience, KPIs tracking and reporting, project management, and execution.
- Experience with MarTech related software tools.
- Have done USA marketing (would be an advantage).
- Digital Performance Marketing – SMS / MMS / Email Campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and manage integrated marketing campaigns based on segments/functions to gain new customers, drive revenue and increase ROI.
- Analyze and optimize campaign performance (Develop workflow structures, collect marketing data (data to target specific customer segments), refine different types of marketing assets to drive growth or service campaigns).
- Listen to different types of customer calls/ feedback to analyze and build successful campaigns (analyze campaign performance and improve results).
- Effectively communicate complicated analyses by developing easy-to-use reporting or visualization dashboards (demand funnel, marketing planning and budgeting, marketing ROI, operational efficiency, campaign impact, awareness, events, and strategic KPI’s). Understand new and relevant KPI metrics requirements for performance management and optimization purposes.
- Work with creative and marketing teams to test strategies and innovation.
- Master knowledge of IT and MarTech, and be able to work across departments and roles.
- Understanding of Database Management Tools to improve data efficiencies.

- Work hours: as per schedule, which may change with advance notice. Presence before or after these work hours may be required based on business needs
Compensation:
- Competitive base salary.

Key Performance Indicators:
KPIs for campaigns & accounts can be but are not limited to:
- Achieving the campaign growth, conversion, and payability targets, via inbound and outbound sales enablement (Campaigns, Platforms).
- Aligning the team to achieve and exceed the target margin per customer, CAC, leads quantity and quality, and other key KPIs per each quarter.
- Ensuring highest quality and conversion of marketing assets, materials, campaigns, and tools.
- Achieving timely delivery of all tasks and projects, for the entire team.
- Build the Martec stack and journey to drive data efficiencies.
